Ashley Nocera

Ashley Nocera, a popular fitness model and Instagram phenomenon was born on 15 August 1994 in the USA. Ashley doesn't talk much about the family members, but her mother, who was a well-known bodybuilder back in the 20s and 30s, is credited with inspiring her fitness passion. Ashley started swimming when she was four. Through the following ten years she took classes. Ashley competed in a variety of events but was never dedicated because her body wasn't equipped to adhere to strict diet. The model was a bit popular in her high school years mostly due to her gorgeous appearance and curvaceous body however it's not clear if she has dated anyone at this point in her life. Ashley decided to focus in becoming a fitness trainer and modeling model after graduating. Ashley was only 15 at the time she was unhappy with her physical appearance. Following being urged to join the gym by her grandfather Ashley began to work out. However, she followed his advice in starting off with a slow pace. Ashley's victory motivated her to compete in at the 2014 WBFF Las Vegas World Championships. She finished seventh, and considered this to be an underperformance. It caused Ashley train harder. Ashley took home the fifth position at the WBFF World Championships in 2015. Then she decided to not continue competing. She was receiving offers for photography shoots during her time playing, but she wasn't looking to mix up her jobs, but after she had stopped competing, she decided to turn into a fitness model. Her cover was published in a well-known fitness magazine that began her fitness modelling career. She was signed by an agency right after. Since then, she has become an internationally renowned model and has been employed by numerous bikini labels and world-renowned clothing brands.
